And if I wanted to see updates in Salesforce or at the time, like this was before Outreach was even launched, I had to build a version of Outreach from scratch with custom objects in order to run my outbound program. You learn that kind of stuff sort of like Trial by Fire. And then if you like that kind of stuff, then I think it's a natural tendency to say, oh wow, this is really interesting.
