all right so if you're interviewing for an associate product manager role or a junior product manager role this question comes up a ton, right? So, walk me through a project that you led or were a part of, right? And so this is assuming, right, that in college or you know high school, whatever it is, you were part of group projects or, you know, you could have been part of a sports team and you did a project together, or you know, whatever. So it's very common to be part of these group related projects, right? And what this question is asking, it's not necessarily asking for, you know, oh I was the leader or whatever. Like, now it helps if you were the project leader or whatever, but it's looking for, it's looking for the product management skill of like that stakeholder management side of things, right? How did you influence or manage your stakeholders to achieve some type of outcome from that? And so I would always say for a question like this, default to the STAR method. And if you haven't heard of the STAR method, it stands for Situation, Task, Action and Result. So what was the situation, what was the task at hand, what were the actions that we took, and then what were the results that were achieved from that? And yeah, so in the next video I'll go over an example of the STAR method.
