How to stop making up stories on job interviews

Why the f*ck are we still making up stories on job interviews? Because nobody actually to prepare well for job interviews. Been figuring it, you don't need to be creating. There are only four stories you need to know to answer almost every behavioral based question you're going to get asked on a job interview. When you know these stories, you will do better on job interviews. Be sure to share this with somebody that you know hates behavioral based interviews. The first is your most successful project. That is going to answer so many questions on a job interview beyond just your most successful project. It's going to answer pretty much anything on a job interview. The second is the opposite of your least successful project. It is going to answer a ton of questions you get asked about things that have happened along your career. It can be a boss, a coworker, a client, it can vary based on your role, but you are asked a ton about interpersonal communications and dealing with these difficult situations. The fourth is your passion project, which sounds stupid, I know, to talk about, but it's going to talk about what you're excited about, what you really like about your job, for in your, you're looking for in the future. When you know these four stories, when you prepare them, when you think about them, when you know the highs and lows of them, you will be able to stop of answers on the job and just go back to these to answer the questions.
