Remember this you are interviewing them just as much as they are interviewing you so what I do before I interview at a company is I'll look at their website I'll look at who the people I'm gonna be interviewing with are I literally write a page or two of just questions that I have for them curiosities that I have on their profile maybe like you know I saw you worked at this place what was that like why'd you move here and then I have my own personal questions you know in one of my past videos I talked about working hours and how I brought that up during the interview process if you have any anxieties about the job or about the role or whatever it is and you know that anxious feeling right it's like oh shoot something doesn't feel right here right something doesn't feel right here right always bring those things up in an interview right you don't wanna say like hey can I do this job right but that's that's not a good anxiety to break up during the interview process but if you have any anxieties that are like hey I noticed that you have unlimited vacation does that mean people don't take vacation or do people take a lot of vacation I like my vacations and I need my time to reset right so what does unlimited vacation look like there's no question like that that's off limits any anxieties that you feel any of those uncomfortable feelings that you feel here bring them up in the interview they need you just as much as you need them they need you just as much as you need them remember that I'll see you next time
