So there's these Stanford and Berkeley dropouts. They've raised over $3 million for a recruiting platform that's crushing it right now with over 400,000 users. So the co-founders, Michael, Rushil, and Ethan, were in like, freshman year of college and they hated how monotonous it was to apply to internships and jobs. So they built a Chrome extension called Simplify, which does a lot of the work for you. It auto-fills your resume and information into whatever job you're planning to. So what they found is on average right now, it takes candidates 200 applications to get hired. So their goal with Simplify is really just to help you speed up the process of getting as many applications out as possible. The big thing these guys got right with this business is that most of the recruiting companies are always focused on the employers, right? They're not actually focused on the people applying. Simplify has done really well is like solved a real pain point for people.
