This microinfluencer/UGC creator hired me as her coach in May 2023. Quit her 9-to-5 in August to become a full-time content creator and has now secured over $200,000 in brand deals and UGC contracts in the last 18 months. And she has just over 58,000 on TikTok and 30,000 followers on Instagram. And she did all of this without a manager. All we did was make small shifts and changes to her strategy. Let's talk about it. So I've been stirring the pot on the internet in the last month because creators aren't understanding that there is more to getting paid well on a brand deal than just views and followers. And that when I show them that it is possible to accomplish, creators immediately think that the only way to securing a high-ticket brand deal is through hiring a manager. I don't blame them, there's still a lack of information in this space and what kind of value creators bring to the table for brands. And this microinfluencer who's also a UGC creator is the perfect example because she's hired two other coaches before hiring me as her coach. And I'm not even as popular as the other two. Because when we started working together, she was still leaving so much money on the table. She still didn't know how much she should be charging, even what's good or fair. Because by these other coaches, she was taught $150 is fair. She was afraid to ask for more money or increase her rates because, well, she's a small creator, right? It's just UGC, right? She was scared of confrontation because she doesn't like conflict, which resulted in her being a yes person. She was always saying yes to the first offer, she was always willing to give the brand discounts. She also didn't know how to read contracts and the amount of discounts that she was giving a brand by not doing so. And she knew how valuable her content was. She was seeing how much brands were spending on ads to put behind her content. I get it, she was afraid to lose her clients from any potential money objections. So one of the main things that I focus on when I work with creators inside my programs is helping them be able to identify what makes them stand out and really lean into it and be able to leverage that to secure more money in partnerships. And that looks different for every creator. So we weren't focusing on the fact that she's just a small creator or that her clients are UGC clients. So for her specifically, we focused on nurturing the relationships that she has and building her clientele because we know the key to stability is repeat work. So the thing that made her stand out and why brands kept coming back to her wasn't because she was cheap or like because they can afford the rates, but because brands know that her content converts. They know that she has a unique authority and that her content appeals to a specific demographic. We also worked on how she can maximize each partnership so that she can make more by working less. And with her specifically, we found that usage and exclusivity are the biggest income drivers when she's partnering with brands. And because we already anticipate that, you know, the pricing is going to be the biggest objection when it comes to her brand partners, we worked on how to frame her responses to brands when negotiating so she is more collaborative than combative, which is the essence of my posture framework. So after learning the posture framework inside the Spawn Master, how to refine it and implement it effectively inside the Brand Deal Accelerator, this microinfluencer and UGC creator secured $200,000 in 18 months on her own. And most of these contracts are UGC contracts. And as of last month, I just offered her management. All because we refined her rates, she learned how to read contracts, how to charge accordingly for usage, exclusivity, timeline, etc. She also learned how to communicate those big numbers effectively so the brand understands the value of the investment, not even bat an eye when they're saying yes. And if you've been following me for a while now, you know, helping creators earn more money per brand deal, especially small creators, is kind of my superpower. So if you're an influencer and creator and you're stuck between making a thousand to $3,000 a month in brand deals, UGC contracts, and you want to scale that up to five-figure months, but you don't know how to get there, you don't quite know how much money you're leaving on the table and how that base rate can exponentially go up, you don't know the why behind every dollar you charge a brand, or even how to communicate that when the brand is hesitant to give you more money, and you need my help making sure that you're securing as much money in brand deals, UGC contracts for the holidays, head to link my profile for an application or DM me ACCELERATE on Insta. Let's have a conversation.
