Transcript

I was 19 years old. I was so hungry to make it. Worked so hard to break through without any connections. I would come home from class every single night, sit in front of the computer and just crank. What did you do to cold call your way into there? I went through every single alum of every single investment bank. Worked my way up. I would get on a call. I'd build as much of a genuine relationship as I possibly could. If it was a great conversation, I'd get them to connect me with someone else. I would go to every single information session as this hungry kid in a suit and tie that probably didn't fit well. Then I worked my way up and I remember I went for my Superdays (final round interviews) in New York. I got called up early and all of the banks I interviewed at, I got an offer from.
