So I just got off an interview with a candidate who is applying to get into my agency. Part of the interview is to do a scenario-based proposal. And then she asked, am I allowed to use AI? I said, I expect you to use AI. And then she told me, oh really, you know, because my current agency they're so against it. It's what's interesting is that's not the first time I heard that. I get a lot of people saying, my previous company is against AI or not for it. And I really don't understand why. Like AI supposed to be there to automate a lot of your tasks. And it made me wonder if AI can help us work smarter, then why are so many companies against it? Is it fear of the unknown, a lack of trust or just resistance to change? So AI isn't there to replace my creativity, but it does help summarize my thoughts. Maybe into shorter emails or consolidate scripts. Maybe I even used it to write the script for this video, but it does help maintain a consistent brand voice and it allows me to refine my writing. So how about How do you use AI in your work?
