Send a day in the life with me as a 23-year-old account exec in London doing 10-15 calls per day on US hours. So I leave my house around 12:00 p.m. and get to work for maybe just before 1:00 to do some admin before I start my calls at 2:00, which is obviously 9:00 a.m. in the US. These hours have definitely taken a bit of time to get used to, but it's not so bad. I prep for my meetings just before I start my calls because once I start my calls at 2:00, I literally have back-to-back calls until 10:00 p.m. I've learned a lot from doing sales and I'll definitely talk more about this in a few other videos, but I'd say the biggest thing I'm learning in terms of just doing well during your calls is repetition is so key. Being in a role where I can talk to customers all throughout the day has helped me grow so much and so quickly, and I know a lot of companies you just don't really have this opportunity. And aside from just repetition, I'd say my biggest tip for I guess during really well at your job when starting out is just having a buddy that can listen to your calls or listen to your pitching and just be real with you. Anyways, this is me leaving work and sprinting home. I was so tired. I get home at like 11:00 p.m. and it's always nice because my boyfriend makes me dinner.
