You just prompt V0 to mock up your front end, download whatever that gives you and put it in a cursor and just let cursor understand what V0 built up for a few minutes. I think this is the most crucial step that a lot of people miss because without the context, cursor is pretty fucking useless. From there, we can plug Supabase into our cursor using its MCP, then start generating our backend with Express.
