You can build a Google Sheets data analyst in three steps, but without any code. First, we drag and drop all the important apps onto the workspace. We start by adding WhatsApp, but WhatsApp can't process data, so we add an AI agent. The AI agent needs a brain, so we connect it to ChatGPT. Next, we add Google Sheets, but it needs to know where the data is, so we copy the sheet URL and paste it into the Google Sheets node, selecting both by URL and the document. Then we add two more Google Sheets nodes, one filters by status and the other by product name. To finish, we add a calculator to do the math, and finally, we connect back to WhatsApp. But how about the results? You send a message via WhatsApp. How much money did the business make between March and June? The AI reads the message, checks your Google Sheet and filters all transactions from March to 2025. It looks at the amount for each one and only includes those that were successfully completed. Then it adds everything up and creates a reply, including the total which is sent back to you.
