I stopped using ChatGPT and I stopped using Claude. This is the system I built instead. It's 10 times more powerful. This is my content creation system. It lives inside Cursor and I treat my brain like a code base. My history, my ideas, my transcripts, it's all here. But the most important file is this one. It's my Brand Core. I built it from an intense questionnaire I made for myself. It's the brain I give to AI before asking it to do anything. It has my core stories, my values, my exact tone of voice, everything. I did this because I have a lot of stories to tell, but I'm not a natural storyteller. I needed a system to help me structure my own authentic thoughts. Now when I have an idea, I don't ask a generic chatbot. I ask my entire code base. It can help me come up with new ideas and make interesting connections I would have never thought of myself using my brand and this is the guide. The secret most people miss. AI is terrible at generating authentic content. But it's the most powerful tool in history for refining it.
