Okay, I'm gonna give you a master class in sales. This is sales 101. The one thing that I ask is that you pay attention, this video will make you money. I went viral and people have been asking me like, hey, how do I sell anything to anyone? I'll break it down. You need to run through five steps. Just pay attention to this, pay attention. You need to understand the problem, the outcome, the attempts and beliefs, the emotional urgency, and then that fifth step is where you actually pitch your product or service. Problem: what is the actual pain point the customer has? Two: outcome, where is the customer trying to go? What is their dream result once this problem is fixed? Attempts and beliefs: what have they tried so far? Are they even actively trying things? What is their perspective on investing into changing this problem? Step number four: emotional urgency. What is the urgency in relation to solving this issue? Is this a priority or is this something that the customer doesn't even really want to solve right now? Step number five is your pitch. You put the pitch here because once you have all that information, your pitch is so much more customized and powerful. You have pain points, things to solve, the urgency levels, overcoming what they've tried before and how this is so much different. So that's your five step process. And if you miss parts of that process, that's where you start to hear a lot of objections like, I need to think about it, I don't know if this is for me, or this is very similar to what I've tried before. So examine how you sell right now and if you're missing those pieces, then you'll start to see why you're not closing deals.
