Do this to be rich in your 20s

If you're in your 20s and all you wanna do is make a ton of money, then I would do this. For some reason, everyone still seems to think that the fastest way to get rich is by building direct to consumer products. And every single person I've spoken with who works in corporate wants to start a side business and start selling shoes or or start dropshipping. But the truth is that era is over, and the time to get rich doing that kind of stuff was probably 10 years ago in 2016. That was the dropshipping era. The direct to consumer era, where Shopify and a bunch of other platforms and tariffs and manufacturing in China made it super easy to build a product and bring it to market and use channels like Instagram and Facebook to use targeted paid advertising to convert people to buy your product. And it's pretty simple. Back then the only math equation you had to think of was the idea of CAC slash LTV. The cost of acquiring a customer had to be much lower than the long term value of that customer. And so if you started a shoe company and you could acquire a customer for $5, but the customer has spent $100, then that arbitrage would make you a ton of money. But that era is long gone for a few reasons. Tariffs suck, advertising is becoming really expensive on Facebook, and there's a ton of competition. But there's this new thing that nobody is talking about yet, and that is building consumer apps. It is easier than ever to use a tool like lovable to build a fully functioning app. In fact, you could clone almost any app on the App Store right now. So you could literally take the most well performing app on the App Store, clone it, build your own version, change the messaging a little bit and then put it back in the market. Vibe Coding Apps is the new dropshipping. And if I was 20 today and all I cared about was making a massive amount of money, all I would do is vibe and figure out how to bring these consumer apps to market. And how to distribute them, how to get people to purchase, how to get people to buy memberships, and build an app for every niche I can think of.
