Companies, investing in A I, tinkering with A I, and working toward generational wealth in the biggest technological shift in our generation and have their eyes on the prize and nothing else matters right now. Or they are fully checked out, quitting their jobs, opting out, deleting social media, and moving somewhere completely remote without any distractions and rejecting the entire system entirely. And that's it. Those are the two options that the smartest people I know are taking right now. Now, those might seem like two completely different things, but there is one consistency. Both groups are responding to the same thing. They can see what's coming, and they understand that the old playbook of the safe job and a 30 year career climb is over. They've just reached completely different conclusions on what to do next. The first group thinks, this is the window. Get in right now, and whatever you do in the next six to 24 months will define your entire career. And the second group says, this is changing too fast. I don't wanna be on that treadmill. I don't wanna play that game. I'm out. Very few smart people I know are doing the same thing that they've done for the last decade. Status quo is not an intelligent option. Which means if you're somewhere in the middle, right, you should rethink your career decisions and consider what you should do next.
