Hook

Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
He started poking all kinds of holes saying, you, your company of less than 10 people, you're telling me you replace those guys? And so the thing that got me out of it is I said, go take a look at their stock price over the last five years, because they're getting slaughtered by startups. The moral of the story is, if your company is still using generic list builders and your contact data goes one for 10, you are on a very outdated text stack. Whether or not you ever want to use our tool Splattr, let me at least show you what an agentic prospecting tool looks like. The first thing you do feels very generic. This is where you're going to set your filters just like you would in any other tool. For this use case, it'll be a staffing example, so heads of technology and digital transformation to enterprise customers that are located in the United States. To make it a little bit more specific, we can go aerospace and defense companies only. After that, here's where it starts to get agentic. Tell it about what you sell. Like I mentioned, in this case, I'm just selling somebody from a staffing context, so I just put in a resume, but this could be literally anything that you have to offer. Just upload it and give it some context and then start chatting back and forth with it. It is going to start asking you questions to make sure it fully understands the context of your offering, differentiator, sales process, things like that. And here is where your life starts to get way easier. Not only does it build you an ICP list, it's also going to score everybody on that list between 1 to 99 based on how likely they are to buy from you today. It's going to give you a score reasoning on exactly why they're scored the way that they are. It's going to give you three pieces of highly leverageable data that you can use in your outreach. It'll also show you all of the recent signals that it found on this company, so what's happening recently financially, strategically? What's happening to the people? What's going on with their internal products? What are they working on today that they're going to be talking about in the future? And then what are their most key competitors doing? It's also going to take an aggregate of every job posting this company's had in the last three months, so you can see how they're allocating their budget, what they're spending money on. You can see all of the internal software that they use. So by the time it comes to pitch, you know exactly what this company is going through, what they use internally, what they're hiring for, and it's automatically going to map it back to your solution. And this doesn't have to replace people, right? It doesn't write your emails for you and it's not going to call anybody. You still control your outreach. You just no longer have to go look at LinkedIn pages. You no longer have to go look at websites. All of that information is just going to be given to you so you can focus on people who are actually interested in what you have to offer.
