5 things you should be doing every single day if you want to become well known. And I'm a publicist, so I have witnessed this firsthand with celebrities, influencers, and high profile individuals. The first thing you need to be doing is showing up every single day, even if it's not perfect. Celebrities show up for interviews even if they're sick or tired. Influencers push publish every single day even if they don't want to, while others just overthink it. Secondly, you need to be treating content like it's a full-time job. If you look at these celebrities when they're promoting movies, they're doing back-to-back interviews and press junkets for days, sometimes weeks on end. So whether you need to do some batch filming because you have a full-time job, you need to make sure that you're doing this because consistency creates opportunity, and that's why celebrities and successful people are where they are. So you need to start implementing that too. The third thing you need to be doing is repeating your message over and over and over until it sticks, because that's how people remember you and what you stand for and what your brand is. Fourth thing you need to be doing is you need a clear point of view. And this is super helpful if you're looking for press, because journalists are searching the web and social media for quotes and soundbites that they can pull for their articles. And the fifth thing you can do is maybe you can try pitching yourself before you actually feel ready. Focus on micro press first. Maybe you're not ready for national TV, but instead reach out to podcasts, reach out to substackers or newsletters. Small wins equals bigger wins, and you never ever know who's going to come across you and what opportunities that may bring. Hopefully you found some of these tips helpful. I'm a publicist and I regularly post content around PR and branding, so if you enjoyed this video, definitely like, share and follow, and I'll see you in my next video.
