Oracle Cut 30,000 Jobs!

Oracle cut 30,000 jobs this morning at 6:00 a.m. with an email and on April Fool's Day too. That's terrible. All right, let's talk about it. And everyone's saying the same thing, AI agents are taking over. Well, that's not really the story, so let's talk about the real story. Now, this isn't a struggling company trying to survive. They're making billions of dollars. They're just allocating their resources and funds elsewhere. Where are they re allocating these resources to AI infrastructure? Now, here's what's really happening. Big Tech companies are realizing this thing. One staff member can power five AI agents to do the work of 10 people. Support teams, automated apps workflow, automated parts of engineering, automated. They're not replacing people with AI agents, they're reshaping the entire workflow and how they operate. Your employees, higher output, higher margins, higher stock price. Where does all the save money go? Data centers, GPUs, AI. Now, this isn't AI replacing jobs with agents. This is a full shift that's happening. Human labor to AI system. An Oracle is just one of the first to do this at scale. So, this actually is big news. Bottom line, if your job can be automated with a workflow, it will be. But there's a flip side to this.
