Big news this week in OpenClaw, and here's everything that you need to know. Openclaw wasn't some random project that launched. It was a signal, and every major tech company is now racing to grab market share. Here are the announcements from this week. Meta is internally testing right now their project called Hatch. Hatch is expected to launch in Q4 of this year. Google announced this week that Remy is going to be coming out later this year, and they are working on programming their own version of OpenClaw for the Google platform. So all the major companies are working on this. You have Anthropic, you have OpenAI, you have all of the platforms, Microsoft, everything is building open claw type style businesses, and it's grabbing market share and they're going to win. And here's why. Big tech companies own users and OpenClaw is fantastic for connecting to those platforms. What happens when they shut down your agents from being able to access things like Google? Have they announced that it's going to happen? No. Are they going to do it? Probably. So we've already seen Facebook shutting down accounts for connecting Claude code in through APIs to Facebook. This has been reported. Why do they do that? Well, they want you to use Manus and now they're going to want you to use Hatch. So they're going to start shutting down your agents for doing something of which is not going through their approved systems. Now, that is only my opinion, but I think these big tech companies and this battle and race for AI personal assistants are, they're going to shut it down. I think the best use case right now is still as a scraper agent or a research agent or doing organization of files locally on your machine. But personally, I would be careful about connecting OpenClaw to Facebook as they're building this out because one day your business manager might get shut down if you're trying to use OpenClaw with your Facebook account. So what does that mean for us? If you're using OpenClaw through one of these big companies that are building an OpenClaw competitor, I would be careful about building out on Google or Facebook because they're creating a competitor and they can shut down your account. So do I think OpenClaw is dead? No. They're pushing updates. There was an update just this week. And also, if you did that update, it might have broke your OpenAI connection. So you definitely need to reset that connection. Just something to keep in mind. And if you're looking to build out on OpenClaw, link is in bio. You can get our full OpenClaw mastery and you can also comment usage to make sure that you're not burning tokens with your OpenClaw. And I'll keep you guys updated on the Google Remy and also the Facebook Hatch as news comes out and keep you guys updated on those new platforms as they're launching. So be sure to follow for more.
