Tomorrow, Fable 5 gets removed from your Pro or your Max account. Here's what to do today to save a bunch of money. If you're building a project or you have an existing project, Fable 5 is great for security. No, you don't want to use Fable 5 to build your code, you want it to reason and plan for your main agent in order to execute. So here's what you want to do. You want to open your Claude code for your project. Ask your Claude code to map out what you're scaffolding and what your project looks like and most importantly, ask it for any questions that it has about potential security vulnerabilities. Or if you have any new feature ideas, now's a good time to talk to your Claude code about it with the planning agent. Take everything that Claude Code gives you and open claude.ai. Paste it into a Fable 5 thread and let's get started planning this out. Again, Fable 5 isn't going to do any of the coding for you. But you use Opus 4.8 to pull out any questions that it has. You feed those into Fable 5 in Claude.ai and let Fable 5 identify any security risks, vulnerabilities, or issues that your Claude code is having with the Opus 4.8 with different features that you have. People have been burning their accounts because they have Fable 5 coding for them. It is not a great coding agent. What is great about Fable 5 is the reasoning that it can bring forward. Taking the reasoning from Fable 5 from Claude.ai and pasting it back to your Opus 4.8 agent is the smartest thing that you can do to close any security risks or any issues that Opus 4.8 is having right now. Again, Fable 5 is a great security risk model right now, and Opus 4.8 is a great coding model. So we want Opus 4.8 fed with the reasoning from Fable 5 in order for it to code and fix some of these security risks. So here's the prompt that Opus 4.8 gave to my Fable 5 agent. Then it gave a full breakdown of the entire project to feed into the agent. Fable 5 kicked out in entire red team prioritization on what Opus 4.8 needs to do. Then Fable 5 said what possible threats we might have. And it gave the verdict on exactly what it is that Opus 4.8 needs to do. Then Opus 4.8 wrote my entire script on how we're going to close those gaps. Now my Claude code is running to close those gaps. So whatever big technical challenges you have right now or potential security vulnerabilities that you want to expose, Fable 5 has one more day and you can close the gap on that. Because after today, you have to pay for all usage of Fable 5 and it won't be included in your Pro or Max account. Okay, get to work.
