You gave me a mind blowing number. How much money do you have to make per year for it to make sense on a restaurant? A restaurant has to make, I think on the low side, 14, 15 million dollars for it to really make sense. Can I have a little like 6 million guy, 8 million guy? No, no, I'll lose a lot of money at that level. My rent's too high, my infrastructure's too high, my payroll's too high, I can't do it. So the big variable obviously is just revenue, at the end of the day. If you're doing real, real revenue, you can fix the rest.
