I'm going to break down how I'm currently using Claude as a creative founder. I'm Andrea and I run a marketing agency with a team of 20+ creatives. Claude has definitely become more of our operations assistant and a second brain for the business. One of the biggest ways that I use it right now is managing my email triage. It helps me organize emails, draft responses and categorize my priorities and make sure that important things don't get buried in my inbox. Second is founder task management. I built a system that pulls all possible action items from our tools such as our emails, Slack and Notion into my one consolidated founder task tracker because once you're managing a team, content meetings and partnerships all at once, a task can get buried really quickly. Third is meeting preparation before my calls, I use Claude to summarize context, research the brands or people that I will meet with and prepare talking points just so that I can enter meetings with clearer thinking. Fourth is brand partnership tracking. It helps consolidate potential partnerships from my inbox, organize statuses, track conversations so that opportunities don't disappear inside my inbox or my emails. Fifth is weekly planning and time blocking. I use it to organize my week around priorities, deadlines, meetings and my actual capacity. And lastly, my daily morning briefings. This might be one of my favorite systems or automation because I basically have a founder briefing setup where I can quickly understand what are my important emails, what are my team updates, and summarize it, Slack discussions, client priorities, meetings and my key task for the day. For me, this is where AI becomes the most powerful for founders. It's not replacing creativity, but reducing that operational overwhelm so that you can think more clearly. I will definitely keep you guys posted for other automations as well as skills that we're building in Claude. So definitely let us know in the comments if you have any questions.
