So this is how we execute marketing strategies for brands. Hi, my name is Andrea, and I'm a digital marketer based here in the Philippines. #1 Set your campaign goals and budget and we do have a free resource for this so don't worry! You can start planning your campaign using this notion template made by Planable, and before anything else, we need to make sure that you answer these very important questions such as what do you wanna achieve? Are you looking to create brand awareness, generate leads or drive sales? You have to be specific! So, when it comes to the budget make sure you already have a ballpark for this because you don't wanna create this amazing strategy and it will be discarded because the budget doesn't fit. #2 Be clear on your target audience. So, the center of every campaign starts in really zoning in on your audience pain points and behaviors. #3 Brainstorm campaign concepts. In here we bring our team together in one or more brainstorming sessions and allow the conversation to flow naturally, so we encourage even like the wildest marketing campaign ideas. We're not gonna implement them all but it actually nurtures the creative process within the team. #4 Plan your distribution strategy. So, now that the new campaign is taking shape, it's time to work on the implementation strategy next. #5 Create a shared campaign calendar. A shared campaign calendar is where we map out the assets and marketing activities so that it can help everyone stay on track. Luckily, there are already tools to plan this out. So, for example, Planable lets team collaborate in real time on all types of content like brief, social media post, blog post or newsletters. You can plan, add comments, get feedback and share with your external collaborators like your clients and any other things that are involved. #6 Execute your marketing campaign and track results. Now, you have to make sure that everything is approved to go live simultaneously across different channels. Monitor all the comments, messages, interactions across platforms to foster the engagement that you want to achieve in this campaign. And then afterwards, you can track the analytics as well through Planable. So, that's it. Let me know if you have any questions in the comments!
