Oh my gosh, they just signed their contract and the last tenants moved out and then we were searching for new tenants and it's been like 21 days and I have been anxious and overwhelmed for 21 days waiting to find a good qualified tenant and they just signed. So we are in business. But one thing I love about owning a marquee business is you get to work with really fun clients and businesses and you never know who you're gonna meet. Okay, I just arrived. My clients aren't here but she gave me access to her backyard. So I'm gonna go get the marquee letters and pack them in the back of the car, which my husband usually does.
