Hook

Recognise this girl? All the girlies want the rich, Porsche, Pilates mom lifestyle. Let me put you on what I just discovered. I've been obsessing over building a successful personal brand by the end of this year. So I studied entrepreneurs who already have that, and I finally figured out the exact psychological patterns they build their audience around. Steal this right now for your own brand. Number one, the hot take pattern. High performers usually go against the consensus of their industry. Let's take today's case study, Shelby. In the entrepreneur space, people are obsessed with networking. Your network is your net worth, or the opposite. Shelby rejects that, and she repeats that take multiple times, which makes people associate her with that belief. And this pattern isn't always verbal. It can be a stance or a behaviour. Almost every entrepreneur creator right now is doing the fake podcast setup, but Shelby is not. And when she does post podcast clips, they're usually from real podcasts, and that alone separates her visually from almost everyone else in her space. Number two, the common enemy. High performers always have a common enemy with their audience, and that enemy is usually the very thing standing in between their audience and the life they really want. Let's take Shelby again. Her audience wants freedom, travel, online income. So naturally, her common enemy becomes rigid desk jobs, low freedom lifestyles, bro entrepreneur culture. She positions her brand against that world and pushes back against the aggressive, hyper-masculine business culture. She frames women as naturally stronger in sales, which creates an us versus them narrative that keeps her audience hooked. Warning, your common enemy should never be a specific person. Should be an ideology or a mindset. So there you have it, those are the two biggest psychological patterns entrepreneurs use. Now it's time for me and you to implement this into our brand.
