I saw this comment that talked about how when you're a kid you accidentally become good at a lot of things because of your hobbies. For example, I love computer games like Maple Story, Neopets, Club Penguin, so I became very good at typing. And in sixth grade, I was forced to take an elective and our class was called Keyboards because you're supposed to learn how to type. And even though the whole class is supposed to be six weeks long, I finished all the six weeks within the first week. And I remember in week two, I was taking a nap because I already finished everything. And she said, you can't be taking a nap. And I told her, oh, I finished the lesson. And she said, okay, well, do tomorrow's. And I said, I finished that too. And she said, okay, well then just do the rest of the week. And I said, ma'am, I already finished all of it. And she said, all of it? You finished all six weeks? And I said, yeah, I finished it. And she said, no way, you have to be cheating. And I said, I didn't cheat. You can look for yourself. So she went on my computer, she saw my coursework and she said, no, no, no, you have to be cheating. It says here that you did an average of 64 words per minute. And I said, so what's so bad about that? And she said, it can't possibly be 64 because mine is only 50. So I said, well, maybe I'm just faster than you. Yeah, I should not have said that. She got very mad. She said, okay, Mister Smart Guy, prove it to me right now then. And she pulled me to her desk and she unlocked the course for the entire year. She scrolled to the very bottom to the final test and she said, okay, do it right now. It had a bunch of capitalization, symbols, punctuation, random characters. But what she didn't realize is that in Maple Story, you can't actually say cuss words. So you would type symbols and characters to replace those letters so you can still cuss people out. So I used those characters all the time. I not only passed the test, I did it in 78 words per minute. As a sixth grader, I felt like Iron Man in the cave building that suit. I was a really shy kid also, so I didn't brag. I just kind of finished it and just put my head down. And all she said was, fine, do what you want. So the rest of the six weeks, I just brought my Game Boy and played Pokemon. But in retrospect, I shouldn't have said that. So Miss Wilkinson, if you're watching this video, I'm sorry. I just felt like upset because I did what I was supposed to be doing and now I'm getting punished for it and accused of cheating. So, but I'm I'm still sorry. I shouldn't have said anything. I know you're just doing your job. But it got me thinking, what are some other skills or talents that you picked up accidentally?
