If you can, you pick up their phones and deliver it back to them, they'll love it. And even better, you drop by their place to fix their screens and change their batteries so the client doesn't have to make an effort. If you're working with a small business, take care of their phones, whether providing them or their SIM cards or employee discounts, you take care of everything. If someone is buying a phone cover, offer a screen protector and a charger, bundle it all together, you'll sell more, make more money and the client will be happy. If you change a phone battery, if it doesn't work in the first 3 months, you'll change it again for free. When clients walk in, take their numbers, phone types, and emails. These are your clients, put them on a marketing list and keep updating them. When someone is trading in their phone, replacing the old one with the new, trade it and have them pay the difference.
