Alix Earle is playing on another level. Just showed every single brand how you turn negative PR into genius marketing. When she first launched Reale Actives, people reported having an issue with a broken pump on their moisturizer. Regardless, they completely sold out and hit record breaking sales. Fast forward a couple months later, they just did their big restock. And not only did they announce that they listened to customer feedback and fixed the design of the bottle, but they also shipped out PR boxes with free product, including the updated design bottle, with a note apologizing to anybody who was upset about the original product. Not only is this them truly listening to their customers and trying to make the best product possible. These days, it's so easy for consumers to get annoyed that only influencers get PR.
