Not really necessary to start this meeting. Yeah, well, everyone else has their camera on and it helps foster relationship building since we are all online. Oh, no, it looks like my camera isn't working right now. Okay, uh, listen, would you mind hanging back after this meeting? All right, that's that. Uh, bye everyone. Thank you for all the awesome work today. Oh, you wanted to see me, huh? That's funny. Uh, listen, I just wanted to discuss why turning on your camera was such a big issue today. Because it's unnecessary and I'm not any better at my job if you can see me. It's like I said before, it's helpful for relationship building since we're online. I really don't think it's that wild of a request since everyone else has no issue with it. Well, I'm not everyone else. I'm not going to do whatever you tell me to do. I'm not a trained animal. You know what, listen, you just started this job and I really don't think you want to be here at all. Um, of course I don't. No one likes working. I'm just here until I can find something better on Sprout. Need to tell me you're actively looking for another job? Yeah, that's what I said, isn't it?
