This is how I process strawberries, locks of cheese, peanuts and potatoes for my family of two to make sure that we actually eat it and it doesn't go to waste. We've got a lot to get done, so no funny business, starting now. Step one, strawberries, chia seed jam. Pretty cool, huh? It's called a cup slicer. Next, I'm gonna use a food scale. It's for precision, not restriction. And add in 10 grams of sugar per 100 grams of berries. So each of my cups is getting 40 grams or a little over three tablespoons. Shake them up and put them in the fridge. We'll come back to those tomorrow. Step two, shredded cheese. Blender warning. I don't have a cheese grater, so I'm using what I got. One more. Blender warning. I know what you're thinking. You just prepped an entire batch of waffle fries? Yes, I did. So if you want to see the full process on it, go to my page and watch the video. This batch is for my sister. Step four, peanut butter. Blender warning. If you want it done right, you gotta do it yourself. Keep blending until you get your desired consistency. Mine's thick AF. Like me. Step five, call on this video and share it with a friend so that the algorithm brings you back. We have to finish the jam.
