PAYCHECK IS FINALLY WORKING FOR ME

For the first time this year, I'm changing the way I budget.. not because my old system failed, but because it finally did its job. 🌱 Back in January, my salary could only cover my fixed expenses, debt payments, and bills. My One Month Ahead Fund (OMAF) became my bridge for groceries, transportation, and other everyday expenses while I waited for my next paycheck. This July, because some of my government loan deductions have finally ended, my paycheck can now carry my monthly budget on its own. 🥹 I'm still using a zero-based budget, but I'll now be budgeting by paycheck. It's a small change, but it represents months of consistency and paying down debt. If you're in a season where your paycheck barely stretches far enough, don't lose hope. Financial progress isn't always loud.
