If you told me you wanted to burn it all to the ground and start over, I would say as you should. If you asked me for help, I would give you an unhinged list of things to do to force yourself into a new way of life and come back bigger and better than ever before. Disclaimer, this is for all my baddies going through some shit. Credentials, I have been through shit. Let's get into it. Number one, dispose of old things. You need to dispose of old things. The backpack you haven't touched since middle school, your ex-boyfriend's belongings, all of them. The closet full of clothes that aren't your style anymore. You physically cannot level up if you are hoarding belongings from a past version of yourself. Make it make sense. Sell, Val loves to see me come in with a box full of shit, which is actually a bonus money-saving tip. You can claim the items you donate as a tax credit to reduce your taxable income, but more on that in another video. You guys know I can't help myself. Number two, dispose of old people. Not elder people, old people. People that you do not want to associate with anymore. Your cutee grandma can stay, but the friend group of people who are stuck in bad ways, bad habits need to go. Or you're going to get stuck dragging extra luggage, extra weight, extra baggage with you, babe. Sometimes it is genuinely not worth it. If you're trying to quit a bad habit and all the people you used to surround yourself with do the bad thing, you're setting yourself up for failure. Make yourself a burn book. If you have to, write down all the reasons why you want to dispose of the old version of yourself and make space for the better version. I love you, baddies, good luck. And number three, dispose of old beliefs. If you are stuck in woe is me, my life sucks, oh my gosh, you need to light it on fire. You could literally write everything out on a piece of paper and light it on fire. Your homework is to brainwash yourself. I am not joking. You become the content you consume. Read the books, listen to the podcasts, become obsessed with self-improvement, education, something beneficial. Pick up journaling, plan your day in a cute little planner. I don't care. But we need to pull ourselves out of the fucking mud. So those are my three tips and your list of things to do. If you want to dispose of the old version of yourself and make space for the better version. I love you, baddies, good luck.
