I am six months pregnant and I think I've been dodging something this entire time that most women deal with. And you guys know I do not gatekeep, so let me explain. What I did not know about pregnancy sleep is that your body runs almost 3.6 degrees warmer on average than it used to. And it tends to be what can keep a lot of pregnant women up during the night feeling uncomfortable, restless, unable to sleep. And I have to say, I have not had one of those nights, not one time. What I'm realizing is that so far I have not noticed this body change at all because my bed has been handling it. I have had my Eight Sleep pod for years now.
