My vocal cords are hanging on by a thread but I'm gonna walk you through exactly how I plan my weeks to get more done in one week than the most people get done in a month using weekly planning, daily planning, and weekly review. This video is very low energy because I'm dying. Which some people might prefer because I get a lot of comments that I yell a lot. So this is what I get. So first and foremost, before planning your coming week, you have to reflect on the past week. This includes some prompts. I'm gonna put a picture up on the screen because I can't do a lot of talking right now. In my planner specifically, you could use my planner, you could use a notebook, but you have to answer these questions. What worked? What didn't work? How will you move forward? And then check in with yourself how you're becoming prettier, richer, smarter. If you're new here, prettier, richer, smarter is my philosophy. It's what I built my planner around. It is how I live my life, though I'm not feeling very PRS right now. And then there's a little clean-up checklist at the bottom, which prompts you to update your habit tracker progress, which means to flip back to your habit tracking pages and decide which habits you are going to keep, adjust or cancel for next week and then update your habit tracker with those new habits. Update your PRS goals progress, which means to flip back to your goal planning pages and either fill in like the progress bar, check off the tasks that you completed, update how your goal is going. Maybe you completed it, you can give yourself your completion reward this week. I don't know, diva, it's up to you. And then migrate pending tasks is a big one. When we plan for week two, we flip back to week one and we see everything that isn't completed and we migrate that to week two. Or we cancel it. But we're migrating everything that didn't get finished to week two. And then be proud of my progress. Yay! And then when you come into your week two planning page, I'm gonna put up another picture on the screen. Bear with me. This is where we see how many weeks remaining we have in the quarter and then we write down this week's priority and whatever else you need to get done in addition. Your weekly priority and your secondary tasks can be action steps pulled directly from your PRS goals planning pages. So on the right, there are some lines to rank the tasks if you are a very, very structured person and you want to list them out from one to 10. So this is where you write down all of the things that we migrated from last week and whatever else you want to get done in addition. Your weekly priority and your secondary tasks can be action steps pulled directly from your PRS goals planning pages. And then we get to your daily planning pages. This as the week ensues, you'll be referencing your week's plan and listing out all the tasks that you need to get done for the day. Your most important task, whether it is PRS and or S, and or S, and or S, and or S, and then for your to-do lists every single day, you need to be filling in the bubble according to the legend that is on week one, which is halfway, fully if it's completed, and X if it's canceled or an arrow if it's moving on to the next day. So on and so forth. There's also a whole column for you to schedule and time block your day if that's your jam. Repeat, repeat, repeat. Review, plan, daily plan. That is how I get the most out of my weeks. That's how I structure my days to not implode as a content creator, business owner, and a sick diva. All right, thanks for bearing with me. Bye.
