My work day used to be horrendously unproductive until working smarter, found actually get day work areas so but and this made difference actually productivity. I could talk about the 8 minute planners all day long. I honestly think they are such a helpful and effective tool or system we can implement into our work days to help us be as productive as possible to achieve all the things we hope to that day. You might have a planning system you use now that just isn't working for you anymore or you feel like you could be making better use of your time, so if that. And for work day productivity, less is the thing that made the biggest difference for me but has actually stuck. I've spoken about the productivity method planners a million times before. As a physical product, obviously, they're gorgeous. But it's the method, the system inside that's what makes the actual difference. You can do it yourself on just some normal paper if you don't want to make the purchase. Instead of just writing one long to-do list for the day, you can split your tasks into three categories. Things that will take 5 minutes or less. Things that take between 5 and 30 minutes and things that take longer than 30 minutes. Once you've done that, it is so much easier to just see what your day looks like, see what things are going to take up most of your time. Once you've time blocked them into your calendar, suddenly you're having your most productive day of your life. It is such a simple, but effective method and it really just surprises me every time how much it actually works. So if you ever feel like you're having really hectic, unproductive time at the same time, this might be something that you need. And I'm very much convinced that everyone should try this, at least once. Give it a try tomorrow and let me know.
