I didn’t lose 45.6kg by doing this routine… but I wouldn’t want to start my day without it. 👇 Day 44 of doing these Tai Chi-inspired movements every morning. At my heaviest, I weighed 122.9kg. Today, I weigh 77.3kg. Here’s what actually transformed my body: ✅ Cleaning up my diet ✅ Tirz (MJ) ✅ TRT (after finding out my testosterone was low) ✅ Weight training 3–4 times a week ✅ Walking more and increasing my daily movement ✅ Staying consistent, even on the days I didn’t feel like it These movements didn’t get me lean… But they’ve helped me stay mobile, recover better, and keep showing up in the gym. Since making them part of my morning routine, I’ve personally noticed: ✅ Significantly less shoulder pain ✅ Less knee pain ✅ Better range of movement ✅ Less stiffness when I wake up ✅ More energy throughout the day ✅ Better recovery after training ✅ A more positive mindset before the day begins When my body feels good, I train better. And when I start the day intentionally, I’m far more likely to stick to my nutrition, hydration, and workouts. Today’s routine: ✅ Lymphatic Hops ✅ Body Waves ✅ Trunk Twists ✅ Arm Swings ✅ Dead Arms ✅ Golf Swings ✅ Ballet Squats ✅ Marches ✅ Horseback Stance Go at your own pace. Don’t compare yourself to anyone else, just focus on moving a little better each day. 📤 Share this with someone who could benefit from a healthier, more intentional start to their mornings. #MorningRoutine #TaiChi #Mobility #JointHealth #MovementIsMedicine
