I not say this to brag. I make more from social media in a single month than I make in an entire year from my 95 job. I am just going to keep it so real with you. Times are constantly changing, the algorithm is constantly changing, but one thing stays the exact same and it is that people are very transactional with hitting the follow button. Unless you give them something of value, they are not going to follow you. Thing that either inspires them, entertain them, sparks a new idea, teaches them something. So them how you got from point A to B. I audit so many accounts on a weekly basis. this thing that I see so many people making mistakes. Is thinking that you can grow a following just from posting day in the life and get ready with me videos. If it were that easy, everyone would be doing it and everyone would be succeeding. You're stuck in the view jail or nobody's following or nobody's engaging. It's because you aren't giving them anything. I have to not be self-absorbed for a second to realize that people do not care about a day in your life until you give them a reason to care about. I've been doing this for three years and there are still some times where I post a day in the life video that people just genuinely don't care. So this is exactly what I would do if I were. out of pen and paper or open your notes up. Write down things that you enjoy talking about. You know a good amount of. That can be what to eat in a calorie deficit. How to renovate a kitchen, how to knit, how to need a piece. It can literally be anything that you just enjoy talking about. Now that you have that list, you're going to look at that list and see if there's one or two topics that you're like, you know what, yeah, I want to be known for that. There's an opinion that's different than what everyone else is saying or a belief that you model your life after. Really doesn't matter, but you need to be a subject matter expert on one or two things if you want to build a platform. in 2026. 80% of my content, I am talking about content creation, strategy, growth, working with brands. But then 20% of my content is just me sharing my life, things that I'm interested in, going to the beach with my family. And people F with both of it because I have given them value to the point where they are now interested in my daily life. I promise you if you can get to that point, that is the freaking secret sauce.
