these are the habits that are simply going to change your life if you work from home (in my humble opinion) do you agree with these or not? And please drop your wfh hacks in the comments I want to know them ALL #workfromhome #remotework #9to5life #wfhroutine number one, focus modes on your iPhone. Go on your iPhone and choose a focus mode that will set whatever settings you want but it comes on automatically so it comes on between your work hours. Minimize all the distractions that you don't want to see and it just is so helpful. Like it turns off all the notifications that you don't actually want to see, like I don't need to see what strays doing in the middle of the day, you know? But having it come on automatically, you don't have to think about it, it's so helpful and very, very effective and very important. And it just means that you're able to switch off a lot easier when you've left the space that you work in, you can forget about work and go to your chill area, you know? Really makes a big difference. Number three, make the most of your morning. If you were doing into an office, you would have been commuting, so use the time that would have been your commute in a productive way. Do something you need to do, tick something off your list, do something that you've been ignoring, using that time to do something that really helps you feel like your whole day isn't taken up by work, which I feel like is very easy when you're working from home. If you just leave the household day, so you know, the morning what would have been your commute is a great time to leave the house, go to the gym, go for a walk, anything, whatever you like, whatever you want to do, before you start your work. So, change your location. Every now and again, I feel like working from home has its times of being quite boring, you know? But also going to like a cafe, even working from a different room in your house, switching your routine up like a tiny bit is amazing. Especially if you're starting a new project or a new task, switching up your environment, your location can really give you that surge of energy and motivation that you need. And also, even if you've got like a standing desk, standing up is a good change of location sometimes. I feel like it just gives you a little refresh that you need. And finally, prep your lunches. When you have your lunches prepped for your work from home days, you get your lunch hours back to do whatever you want to do with. So, I think it's very much worth doing, because you can give yourself an hour back to do whatever you want to do with. So, I think it's very much worth doing. And I find it so useful. And if you disagree or disagree with any of these work from home habits, I think it's certainly an art. We need our habits and our, you know, things in place to make work from home bearable. But these are very simple but very effective ones.
