I want to help you enjoy your work from home days more. As much as possible. So here are a few of the little things that have been helping me enjoy my work from home days a little bit recently. So maybe they might help you too. Number one is herbal teas. I love a tea, love a coffee. However, the caffeine crash is not always what makes you feel your best throughout the work day. Sometimes it's obviously needed, you know, on a tired, tired day. But herbal teas, especially peppermint or the Twinings Glow tea. I love that. It just feels like a nice comfortable, warm drink, but not quite the crash that like, the dehydration of a tea and a coffee. Now, number two, I'm using the Pomodoro Technique website, so, like, focus timer. If you've never used it before, it's like a focus method. I think you basically do 25 minutes of focus time with five minute breaks for some reason, it just works really well. It's a useful technique for focusing. Next is using coloured pens in my productivity method planner. I'll plan everything out in just normal ink, but then I'll take everything off in like yellow or blue and it just feels like a cute little fun way to brighten up my day and add a bit of, you know, cuteness to it. And finally, it's something I found in Viva Insights on my Microsoft Teams. I don't know if anybody else has that, but I somehow found a way to make it ask me every day how I'm feeling. So it'll send me a notification on Teams like, 'How are you feeling today?' and I can click an emoji and say how I'm feeling. And it gives me a little graph of like how I've been feeling throughout the week. And I just think it's a really cute little thing. Like it'll come up every day at 4 o'clock. It's a nice way to like, check in with yourself. A nice way to start winding down at the end of the day. So let me know if you do any of these or if not, what you do, try the, let me know what you think. I'd love to know.
