Welcome to my 0:01 7 am morning routine is a girl who watches tv for 0:02 1 to two hours before work every day. Um, so essentially welcome to paradise. 0:05 This morning routine is my pride and joy, like so many of us have been 0:07 locked into big morning 0:08 routines. Big morning is basically 0:09 existing morning routine culture where 0:10 you have to get up, you have to go to the gym, 0:11 drink energy drinks, 0:12 did we forget? 0:13 Did we forget that 0:14 we don't have to be obsessed with being productive 0:15 every single 0:16 millisecond our eyes open? 0:17 Personally, when my eyes open, I need to be staring at a screen. 0:20 I know this is probably the most groundbreaking thing that you will ever hear. 0:24 What if doing absolutely nothing was the most productive thing? 0:28 What if doing absolutely nothing was the most productive thing? 0:31 Anyway, as I said in my last morning routine, 0:34 I've been getting everything out of the way. 0:37 First thing in the morning, shower, skincare, etc. 0:38 Like 10 to 20 minutes max. 0:41 I've been locked into my skincare routine the last month and it actually gets me 0:44 excited to do it. 0:45 Like, and of course, doing it right away gives me so much more tv and couch 0:48 time. You know, the most important part of this formula 0:51 is the trifecta. 0:52 And I've been rotating through my comfort shows lately in the morning, 0:55 which I kind of love because, you know, sometimes I can't stick with one show. 0:58 I need to switch it up every single day in the hills is just the most iconic 1:01 reality show. 1:02 I will stand 10 toes down on that forever. 1:05 Anyways, I love showing you guys my morning routine, 1:08 but I'm obsessed that so many of you guys are like trying this 1:11 or like also doing it too, like it's so simple, but why does it literally change your entire day? 1:15 Like girlies who are regulating their nervous system and bread-crumbing serotonin. 1:20 Anyways, I hope you guys have the best day ever. 1:23 I'll see you the next morning routine and happy tv morning.
