For 18-22 year olds in college who want to get rich by 40-ish

If I was in college, this is what I would do. If I had to start my life over, this is this is what I would do. Instead of trying to get a job working for somebody else, I would get like one of these bad boys, a C a MSC credential, certified master sales consultant credential, and I would go and reach out to renting companies in the area. I would go reach out to um metals suppliers, um CPA's, like your friend's dad's a CPA, right? He does taxes for businesses. Yeah. I would talk to Captain K. Um, that's what you call him, right? Yeah, because he always takes you out on the ocean. I would talk to Captain K and I'd be like, hey, Captain K, I'm sure you want some new clients. What if I was to bring you a new client? Like, I don't know, just out of curiosity, how much would that would you pay me as a commission to bring that new client. Um, and then the other secret is somebody that spent his life in sales, if you can get to re-curring commissions meaning, let's say you bring Captain K a new client, instead of him giving you say three grand for that client I'd be like, I want $250 a month for the life of when that client continues to do business with you. You could go out and find five for him, five for another industry and another but if you understand sales, you could go out and create your own kind of little sales micro business, that'd be awesome for somebody that's in college because you're not having to show up to an office, you're not having to do work, you don't have a manager, you're literally like, you know, what you were saying you want to get to, you you're running this business within all of these other businesses selling for him. I think that's probably the single most ignored, not even thought of under rated career path for not just a young person, any person is master sales and go out and sell for other companies and get a, you know, residual monthly re-curring commission for every deal that you bring in.
