People don't give you what you deserve. They give you who they are. And I want you to really listen to that again. Because once that mindset shift happens, you will stop taking everything so personally. The person who never apologizes, they've never learned to accept responsibility for their own actions. The person who constantly doesn't show up for you, who constantly breaks promises, who can't communicate, it's not about you. It's about their capacity. That is not a reflection of your worth. That's a reflection of their character. You can be the most deserving person in the world and still walk away empty handed. Why? Because they are giving you what they have. And sometimes it's just nothing to give. So don't take it personally. Because there's no amount of patience, proving yourself, explaining yourself. It's never gonna change that. You just have to remember that your value has already been established, and what they're giving you is all they have to give. Love you.
