A job title is not a personal brand. 6️⃣ Stop over-committing to your current lane because of the years you have already put in. Sunk cost is not a career strategy. 7️⃣ Start investing now. The financial cushion you build today is what turns the next pivot from a panic into a plan. 8️⃣ Track your wins in writing every week.
