Hook

Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
And just so you know, whenever an agent updates their listing and the first sentence says "Back on market, no fault of seller." Bitch, it has everything to do with the seller. Don't let those motherfuckers gaslight you. Nine out of 10 times, something came up in the inspection and the sellers refused to get it repaired or they didn't want to get closing costs or whatever and they said, "Fuck you." And I don't like to be petty, but bitch, I will when I have to be. So I got my client under contract on a house, this was like two months ago. Some bitch had bats in the attic. Bats! And you better trust and believe, we did not know that going into the contract. The home inspector found it. There was also a property line dispute with the fence with the next door neighbor, but that's besides the point. Anyways, we had an amendment to address concerns with the property during the due diligence period. And we were like, hey, you guys need to get a licensed professional out here to exterminate the fucking bats. You know what I'm saying? They were like, "No, we're not doing that." My client terminated, rightfully so. What the fuck would they pay to have the current seller's problem on their hands? Absolutely the fuck not. So, I'm not gonna go fuck myself. But whenever I'm bored or like on the toilet or whatever, I'll look up agents that I co-oped with and we terminated because it was their fucking seller's fault. I'll look to see what the home sold for. Some bitch just stole it off the market and they reduced the price 20,000 dollars. Bitch, why the fuck didn't y'all just pay to get the house exterminated? Get the bats taken care of back then. Some people got to learn the fucking hard way. Good riddance, bitch. Anyways, I was just thinking about that. I gotta go. I'm busy. I'll call you back later. Tatta.
