My name is Joey. I'm 17 years old, and I cook dinner for my family because my mom is no longer able to. Tonight, I'm making hamburgers with corn and a bunch of sides. First thing I'm gonna do is add three pounds of ground beef to my bowl. Then I'm going with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, thyme, oregano, and dill. Then add in some W sauce, finally, some Dijon and panko crumbs to hold together. Then I'm gonna use my hands to mix it all together. Then I'm gonna to roll it into little balls to make my patties. Just flattening them a little bit thinner than I want, because they'll thicken up while they cook. I'm adding a little thumbprint in the middle from thickening up too much. And before I take these out, I'm gonna go cook my fries. I have a couple Checkers fries left over, and then I have some Orida fries that I'm also gonna put on the tray. Then I'm gonna add a little bit of olive oil to crisp up in the oven. I'm also adding a little bit of salt to my Orida potatoes. I forgot to record me saying this, but I'm just gonna use my hands to mix the olive oil and salt in. And then I'm gonna put these in the oven at 425°F while I cook my burgers. So I've preheated my grill, um, on medium heat. I'm gonna go turn down the flames to, like, medium low. And I'm gonna take my hands because I don't know what other tool to use. My burgers right on the grill. And I'm just gonna let these cook for, like, five or six minutes, so I'm ahead and flip them. These cook for another six minutes. I'm just aiming to cook these between 155°F and 160°F, but the rest are still a minute or two away from being done. I'm also moving these two over, just turn off this other furthest burner, the middle ones on. I went inside for a second to check on everything else. This one was on fire. I checked the temperature. Everything was at least 155 or higher. Okay, so I'm gonna put these on the stove with tin foil, and tin foil will just help preserve some of the heat. Now, this has cooked for its two minutes. I'm gonna just turned it off. I'm gonna do a quick release, and then when the pin drops, I know that it's safe to go ahead and open it. Finally, I'm going to take my fries out. Oosh, it's hot.
