This opinion might give me hate

This opinion might give me hate but the reason why Nikki from Married at First Sight is sparking so much discourse is because neither Nikki nor the audience wants to be FFR. Nikki saying that she makes 250,000 to 350,000 a year and wants to marry a man with a similar tax bracket, offending a lot of people. The reality is that she's saying that the quiet part out loud. Majority of people date and marry their peers, right? The thing with social media is that it allows a lot of people to think that other people are more attainable and accessible than they actually are. Society, because of the cast system that exists, has a filtration system. Most people in proximity to people with similar education, resources, and income brackets. That's just reality. She just verbalized it and no one likes it being said out loud. Like there's a reason why Nikki Hilton married a rosh child. So it's actually not delusional for her to desire that because due to her income, she's also in proximity to people who are making a similar income, right? So, no, this is where Nikki's being delusional. She don't want to date the type of men that she's in proximity to because they're not black. So, I know black men make half a million dollars a year and their wives make 200, 300,000 a year and they're building their little empires together, right? But none of them black men live in Seattle. Which is where I believe this season was filmed. So while I don't think she's delusional for desiring someone that she's evenly yoked with, I do think it's a little delusional to think he's going to be in Seattle and more importantly, that he's going to sign up for married at first sight. That type of black man, if he is, he's probably not going to do married at first sight. Why would he? He's desirable to everybody, right? Like she should have hired a matchmaker who has a national community and her desired black man is probably going to be in Chicago, Atlanta or DC, not in Seattle, Washington. Or maybe the man that she wants isn't in Seattle, but he's probably not black. So then you might have to pull Serena and I white man. Point being, the reason why it's sparking so much conversation is because nobody wants to be real. So while I don't think she's delusional for desiring someone that she's evenly yoked with, I do think it's a little delusional to think he's going to be in Seattle and more importantly, that he's going to sign up for married at first sight. That type of black man, if he is, he's probably not going to do married at first sight. Why would he? He's desirable to everybody, right?
