So you guys want to hear the six questions that made me millions of dollars in sales? These six questions have made me more money than any closing technique I've learned. After making multiple seven figures in sales, like if I had to start over tomorrow, these are the only six questions I'd bring with me. Be sure to write these down. One of these questions will make you more money this week. Number one, what questions do you still have? Never ask, does that make sense? People will just say yes just to avoid looking confused. In sales, you want open-ended questions. So instead, ask, what questions do you still have? This encourages the prospect to open up and share any objections they might still have. Always remember that confused people don't buy, clear people do. Question number two, what, if anything, is preventing us from getting started today? Every sale is going to have some sort of roadblock. Average reps just keep on driving. Elite reps are going to find out what's in the way. You can't solve a problem you haven't identified, so this question uncovers the real obstacle. Question number three, are you ready? Outside of the investment, is there anything else still giving you hesitation? This question is literally saved me thousands in unnecessary discounts because sometimes price isn't the real objection. Price is just simply the easiest thing to blame. If they say no, now you know price is really the only thing you need to solve. If they say yes, well, you just saved yourself from discounting a deal that was never about the money in the first place. Question four, let's go. This is one of my favorites. What would need to happen for you to feel 100% comfortable moving forward today? I'm not ready. That's not a real objection. It's incomplete information at best. Ready for what? Most people don't even know what they're waiting for. This question forces them to define the finish line. Question five, let's say we don't do this today. What happens next? Everyone talks about the cost of buying. Very few talk about the cost of waiting. Sometimes doing nothing is the most expensive decision they'll ever make. People usually need to see the price of staying the same, not just the price of moving forward. And question six, is there anything I haven't covered that would stop you from making a decision today? This is basically my insurance policy. I'd rather hear an uncomfortable objection than lose a deal over something we never even talked about. The objection you don't uncover is usually the one that's going to cost you the sale, every time. Let's just say you don't improve today. What happens next? Nothing changes. You keep getting the same questions, the same objections, and unfortunately, you'll keep getting the same results. Remember this, average reps pitch people. Elite reps get uber curious and understand people. Now outside of the effort, what's stopping you from following me, sending this to yourself, saving it, and maybe sending it to one salesperson that could use these six questions?
