I think what happened, you know, over a while, was that there was just, you know, we expanded the team. I want people who are going to bring a completely different perspective to me so that I can learn and so that perhaps we can be stronger together. And I think what I learned from that experience was that that's not necessarily actually how that works. I think I was intrigued by the idea of hiring people to work at the company that had maybe more of a sharky mentality, right? Because I'm so not like that. I'm so like the creative one. And I do have a shark in me a little, different side of it. Yeah. I definitely like have grown into being more like you know, like for sure. And I and in a way that is actually really shocking and unusual to me. But yeah, I wanted I wanted a different sort of energy to compliment mine and I thought that would be helpful and I've learned it's actually not. I think because strategically there was just huge misalignment.
