Yeah. I always say to people, your team, whether that's your employees or anyone that you work with, whether it's a financial transaction. It's not your family. It is your team. I hate the term family. You, family, you accept things that you shouldn't because they're family. You turn a blind eye because they're family. Team, no. We have a duty to each other. A financial transaction. I will care for you to an extent. But if you start slipping, you start making massive excuses, providing, you're not providing me what I need, and I'm not, I'm not paying you the thing that we've agreed on, that transaction. Then you're not going to call me family, are you? So I think that's really important in like to, who would I want on my team to win?
