What if they are email/text only? Well, usually for one of two reasons. One of those being they're a high funnel customer, so they've just started their research and they may not be quite ready to talk to somebody yet. The more likely reason is that they don't trust us yet. Either way, we're gonna handle it the same. The first thing we'll tell them is what we're not gonna do. We're not gonna send them a generic template that says, thanks for your interest. How can I help you? Because they probably showed interest in several vehicles and that's what everyone else is sending them. So what if we put a little bit of effort into it and did this instead.
